Having settled in Bali, Dean is a former Commando from the British Royal Marines who loves 'all things' fitness and competition.

It's exactly this life experience that forms the basis for his approach to coaching; structured and results orientated whilst diverse and fun. With a natural talent for bringing the best out in anyone he meets he understands that the mental boost each workout provides is just as important as the physiological stimulus.

He believes that with the right amount of focus and commitment there is nothing you can't do. You just have to put your mind to the task in hand and enjoy the journey.
